All our print houses work 24/7 meaning quick turn-around. Naturally, how quick depends on the
product and the approval processes. Typically, most jobs take around 5 weeks from receipt of
artwork to delivery of product to your destination.
What format should the artwork take and how should it be sent?
QuarkXPress, PageMaker, Photoshop, PDF, and In-Design are all acceptable formats. Files can
either be uploaded to an FTP or air-mailed on disk.
Who handles customs clearance and delivery?
Eastline Printing can handle all this in order to make things easier for you. Unless otherwise
specified, our quotes will include shipping to final destination.
Does Eastline Printing handle other print-related and non-print-related projects?
Yes. Although our main focus is on lithographic printing, we do use other processes (gravure,
letterpress, silkscreen and digital) for a number of other products. These are mainly for packaging, labelling, signage and DVD/CD products.
We have also manufactured a number of other promotional/merchandising items for our clients.
These include tea boxes, wooden spice racks, match boxes, food take-away boxes, pens,
lanyards, fridge magnets to name but a few.
